This project involved the renovation of an apartment in Sea Point. The owner felt that the finishes and spatial layout were dated, and wanted to maximize the use of space and give the apartment a more contemporary feel. We transformed the interior by altering the flow of spaces and creating a centralized living space. Previously the apartment was quite dark and closed off. We were able to open it up and create a bright and welcoming space that made use of soft whites, grays, seamless marble and warm timber. We provided input into the selection of furniture and sanitary ware.
