Hester Hanna Architecture & Design is a Cape Town based architecture practice headed by Hester Potgieter. The company was originally established in 2017 and has been involved in a diverse body of work ranging in scale, with a primary focus on residential projects.

The practice is committed to working closely with clients in order to create designs and solutions that meet their specific needs. Careful consideration is taken to ensure a design that is aesthetically pleasing, appealing, yet simple and coherent, to achieve the desired outcome.

We are able to work with clients to carry a project from it's inception through to construction and completion. Our skill set includes:

• Analysis of site constraints that may impact on development possibilities.

• Concept design specific to the client's needs.

• Development of the design, and necessary engagement with other relevant professionals in order to do so (e.g structural engineer).

• Facilitation of Local Authority submissions in order to obtain a permit to build (council approval).

• Assisting with the development of tender documents in preparation for construction.

• Construction management and liaison with a contractor.
