With this project we added substantial value to the loft apartment. The high ceilings enabled us to add two private bedrooms upstairs, overlooking the more public lounge/dining spaces. The large internal industrial windows allows a visual connection to new first floor and ample light to filter through. We combined a modern black and white palette with soft timber tones in order to achieve a light, open and airy apartment, perfect for client that is a young professional.
